Do you find yourself answering
the same questions again and again?
Build your own AI-version in 5 minutes
Whether you are a manager, trainer, entrepreneur, or expert, you probably share the same insights repeatedly. What if you could capture your knowledge once and let your own AI do the work for you?

Building your own AI is easier than you think.
In just five minutes, you can create a free AI that knows exactly what you know, a smart digital assistant that uses your knowledge and tone of voice to answer questions.
It’s a great way to:
✅ centralize your knowledge and experience,
✅ save valuable time,
✅ stay visible as an expert, even when you’re offline.
Which tools can you use?
Here are three simple platforms to get started:
1. ChatGPT (Custom GPT’s) – simple to create but only available for ChatGPT Plus users.
2. Chatbase.co – user friendly and accessible to everyone.
3. NotebookLM – developed by Google, ideal if you have many documents or videos. Bonus: it can instantly turn your material into a podcast.
You can test all of them for free, embed them on your website, and customize the tone from formal to casual.
How to start
They all work roughly the same way:
✅ Create an account.
✅ Give your AI a name.
✅ Describe what it should do.
✅ Upload your existing material: books, blogs, videos, newsletters, course content, FAQs, speeches, everything that represents your expertise.
You don’t need a huge archive. Start with what you already have and what you’d feel comfortable sharing publicly. Think of your five best blogs or LinkedIn posts that reflect your vision or method. Or use slides from a presentation or workshop you’re proud of. FAQs from your inbox are great material too, as are newsletters that share your views. Add a checklist, worksheet, or handout you’ve used with clients, and include interviews or podcast transcripts that show your tone and energy. Don’t forget your product or service pages, they often describe clearly what you do and for whom. Even a few strong testimonials can be useful if you briefly describe the context and result.
Start smart: apply the 80/20 rule
Don’t overcomplicate it. It doesn’t have to be perfect.
Start with what you already have. Upload your key content, test how your AI responds, and refine later.
Smart start checklist:
- Gather 5 to 10 pieces that represent you best.
- Store them in a folder with clear names (for example 01_Vision.pdf, 02_Method.pdf).
- Upload them to your AI
- Test it with 10 real client or team questions and adjust instructions or titles.
- Add more content later, such as videos or training material
Most platforms let you choose whether your AI uses only your content or also searches online sources.
✅ Have a specific method or philosophy? Use only your material and disable web access.
✅ Cover a broader topic? Allow your AI to pull additional online knowledge.
Privacy and boundaries:
✅ Preferably upload content you already share publicly.
✅ Remove names or sensitive details from case studies.
✅ Always check the platform’s data policy.
How I did it myself
I have created three versions of EstherAI:
- Book Writing AI, helps people write their books.
- Digital Nomad AI, answers questions about location independent living and working.
- Business AI, shares my tips on entrepreneurship, visibility, and efficiency.
I used Chatbase.co to build them
How I use them
✅ As a knowledge base for clients, I refer them to the right AI for FAQs.
✅ For intake and screening, potential clients start by asking the AI. Those who want more depth can book a session with me.
✅ For workshops; participants can keep asking the AI questions afterwards.
✅ For myself, I let my AI create summaries and checklists from my own material.
What’s the benefit?
✅ Less repetitive work.
✅ Faster answers for clients.
✅ Better qualified leads.
✅ More time for creative and personalized work.
Ready to build your own AI?
You don’t need any tech skills. In five minutes, you can create a first version. A few five minute tweaks later, and it will get even better.
