From AI stress to ‘mind blown’

Last year I walked out of the AI-Build Lab frustrated. Too technical, too complicated, too much hassle. This year, during the Dynamite Circle conference in Mexico City, it was completely different. I discovered Codex, basically ChatGPT on steroids. Within 20 minutes I connected Codex to my WordPress site and could simply speak website changes out loud. No fiddling, no coding hassle, no assistant needed. Just say what I want to change, and AI does it. Mind blown.

What your AI use says about your love life

During breakfast at the conference we suddenly had a hilarious conversation about AI and relationships. Apparently, the way you use AI also reflects how you deal with relationships. Monogamy, polyamory, situationships, side pieces, toxic relationships… everything came up. Which AI relationship style are you?

Which KPIs are you actually measuring?

At the conference we also talked about KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). In business we measure revenue, growth, conversion, reach. But what if you measured other things too? How much energy something gives you. How much freedom you feel. How often you have real contact. How much joy, peace or synchronicity there is in your life. Maybe those KPIs are ultimately much better indicators of success than the numbers in your dashboard. Are you measuring the right KPIs?

Inspiration Bites

This month: AI clones, smart loopholes, books and travel.

I am writing this from Peru, in the Sacred Valley. Over the past few weeks, I first spent time on my little piece of land in Puglia, where I slowly recovered from four weeks of respiratory infection, which meant I could barely speak. No meetings, no plans with friends, no phone calls, no voice messages and not even speaking into ChatGPT. For someone who had just discovered she could control AI with her voice, that felt almost ironic.

Then I flew via Zurich, where I unexpectedly ran into an English friend at the train station, someone I had met in Samoa in January. What are the odds? After that I was in Amsterdam for King’s Day and then in Mexico City for the Dynamite Circle conference, where a whole new AI world opened up for me. From Mexico I felt a clear calling to Peru, so I squeezed in a week there before continuing to Miami, where I will spend the rest of the month with my family.

It feels like three completely different worlds in a row: Mexico with city, business, AI, head, friends and interaction. Peru with nature, spirituality, heart, body and personal development. And then Miami: ‘plastic fantastic’, family, being of service and breaking old patterns.

And then… I will be in Amsterdam for much of the summer, where I would love to share my AI knowledge and magic with you!
