Esther’s lectures last between 15 minutes and 3 hours. From inspiring to interactive. The following elements can be added to a lecture:
You know ‘stand-up comedy’? Instead of jokes, I come up with solutions on the spot for all kinds of challenges in the audience. Big or small, business or private; I show you how to think creatively and challenge the audience to think along. For example ‘How do I set up my own company?’ or ‘How can I travel the world without money or a fight with the compulsory education law’. If necessary, I connect people who can help each other.
An interactive mix of inspiring videos, puzzles, ‘real life’ examples, my own story (including Coins for Care ) and other anecdotes. Something for everyone. Central themes are: achieve more with less, creative thinking, natural networking and passion!
The Marshmallow Challenge, the impossible rope exercise, the horse puzzle, etc. Depending on the group, the space, the available time and the rest of the program, I know the perfect addition, where the participants have fun, a lot of energy is released and which also ties in with the theme in terms of content.

When Facebook showed me the picture below as a memory of 5 years ago, I decided to share some tips and 'do's & don'ts' for aspiring speakers. All of these come from my experience in more than 1000 keynotes and 2 TEDx speeches in the past 18 years as a professional speaker.
The Best Reference
Regardless of whether you’re a speaker, coach, consultant or business person: what works better than explaining on your website just how good you are? Exactly: letting your clients do the talking. But do you recognize the situation in which a hugely enthusiastic client – after your presentation, consultation or other contribution – faithfully swears they will write a reference for you, only for it to be quiet… for a very long time? And then when you, very carefully and with the greatest diplomacy, remind them by mail or phone about it, that you receive a very ‘glossless’ and formal reference?
