Terms & Conditions
I like to work with trust, clarity and mutual respect. These terms simply explain what you can expect from me, and what I ask from you.
They apply when you book a workshop, retreat, private coaching program or presentation. That way, we both know where we stand and can focus on what matters most: inspiration, growth, practical steps and a pleasant collaboration.
Cancellation policy for workshops
Online workshops
My online workshops are always recorded. Everyone who registers receives the replay, so you can still watch the workshop if you cannot attend live.
If you miss an online workshop, you cannot move your ticket to another date unless we agreed on this at least one hour before the workshop you originally registered for.
Offline workshops
If you cannot attend an offline workshop, you may give your place to someone else, as long as you let me know in time. There is no extra charge for this.
If you need to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees apply:
- Up to 30 days before the event date: 10%
- Between 30 days and 2 weeks before the event date: 50%
- Within 14 days of the event date: 100%
Cancellation policy for retreats
If you have booked a retreat, for example a writing retreat, and you cannot attend, you may give your place to someone else, as long as you let me know in time. There is no extra charge for this.
If you need to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees apply:
- More than 90 days before the start of the retreat: 15%
- Between 90 and 30 days before the start of the retreat: 50%
- Within 30 days of the start of the retreat: 80%
Cancellation policy for presentations
If you have booked me for a presentation and need to cancel, the following cancellation fees apply:
- More than 90 days before the event date: 15%
- Between 90 and 30 days before the event date: 50%
- Within 30 days of the event date: 80%
Private coaching, including writing coaching
A private coaching program is an investment in yourself, your development and the result you want to achieve. It is a commitment we make together, with attention, focus and progress.
I choose to work with no more than three coachees at a time. This allows me to give everyone enough personal attention and actively think along with you during the process.
A private coaching program consists of twelve individual coaching sessions. When you purchase the program, you choose a duration of three months or six months. This period starts on the date of the first coaching session.
We schedule the twelve sessions together within the agreed period. If one session does not work out, we will find a new time within that same period.
Between coaching sessions, we stay in touch by email or WhatsApp. These channels are meant for short questions, practical coordination and limited feedback. More extensive feedback on chapters, manuscripts, websites, positioning or other larger questions takes place during the coaching sessions.
The coaching sessions can be used for feedback on texts, structure, positioning, back-cover copy, publisher proposals, promotion strategies and other topics related to your book, business, strategy, personal development or coaching goal.
The program is a commitment for the agreed period. It cannot be ended early or taken over by someone else. For that reason, refunds are not possible.
If continuity becomes difficult during the program, we will look for a suitable solution together so you can still benefit from the coaching. For example, we may create a temporary pause between sessions, or use written or video feedback for your questions and work.
If you need more time during a three-month program, the program can be extended to six months in consultation by paying the price difference between the two programs. The number of included coaching sessions remains twelve.
By agreeing on a clear period and a specific deadline, we create focus, progress and commitment on both sides. This helps you move beyond loose ideas and take real steps towards the result you want to achieve.
