The Surrender Experiment
A private island experience to reconnect with yourself, others and nature
What happens when you stop trying to make everything happen? For five days, we’re going to find out.
On a private island in Estonia, away from everyday life, routines, expectations, shops, traffic and endless choices. Just a small group of people, nature, sea, silence, long summer days and a lot of space.
Magic. Trust. Presence. Connection.
What if trying harder is no longer the answer?
Maybe you’ve achieved a lot. You’re good at making things happen. You solve problems, take responsibility, make decisions and create opportunities. And maybe you’ve reached a point where you’re wondering: what’s next?
There may be something you want to change or let go of. Maybe you feel stuck somewhere. Or maybe nothing is wrong at all, but you’re curious whether life could feel even freer, lighter and more joyful.
Working harder probably isn’t going to give you that answer. So let’s try something else.
For five days, we’re going to experiment with surrender.

Where: Private island, Estonia
When: 2 to 6 August 2027
Duration: 5 days, 4 nights
So what are we going to do?
I’m not going to tell you. Well, not everything. Because that’s part of the experiment.
You won’t receive a detailed programme telling you what happens at 9:00, 11:00 and 14:00. You won’t know exactly what the next day will bring.
There will be meditation, movement, silence, nature, conversations, reflection, music, creativity, writing, play and unexpected experiences. There may be tango. There will be time together and time alone. We may invite you to go for a walk without knowing where you’re going, eat in silence, follow instead of lead, sit by the sea, let someone else decide, or do something that feels slightly uncomfortable.
Or to do absolutely nothing.
Some things will be planned. Others will happen because they happen. That’s the point.

The island is part of the experiment
The island already has most of the ingredients we need. No shops, limited electricity, sea, silence, rabbits, nature everywhere, places to wander off on your own and places to come together. Life automatically slows down there.
We’re not going to fill all that beautiful empty space with workshops. We want to leave room for things to happen. For conversations you couldn’t have planned. For ideas to appear when you stop looking for them. For silence to last a little longer than feels comfortable. For spontaneous adventures, unexpected connections and whatever the island decides to throw at us.

This might be for you if…
- You’ve achieved a lot and find yourself wondering: what’s next?
- You’re used to making decisions, taking responsibility and making things happen.
- You’ve hit a wall somewhere and suspect that pushing harder isn’t going to get you through it.
- There’s something you would love to release, but somehow haven’t managed to.
- You want more clarity about how you actually want to live.
- You’re curious about what happens when you stop trying to control everything.
- You want to meet other curious, open-minded people who approach life in a similar way and see what connections emerge naturally, without business talk, networking or elevator pitches.
- You like nature, depth, play, good conversations, silence, surprises and a little bit of the unknown.
- You read this page and something inside you simply says: hell yes.

Come as your future self
There is one part of the experiment I can already tell you about.
Before you come to the island, I’ll ask you to imagine yourself already living the life you really want. Who are you? How do you live? How do you move through the world? What do you wear? What do you talk about? What have you stopped worrying about?
Then come to the island as that person. Introduce yourself as that person. Dress like that person. Show up as that person.
And for five days, see what happens.

Why The Surrender Experiment?
The idea is inspired by Michael A. Singer’s book The Surrender Experiment. Singer decided to experiment with what would happen if he stopped constantly arranging life according to his own preferences and started saying yes to what life put in front of him. That experiment took his life in directions he could never have planned.
I find that idea fascinating. How much of our energy goes into trying to make reality match the picture in our head? What might happen if we loosened our grip a little and became more curious about what life puts in front of us?
If this idea intrigues you, I recommend reading the book before joining us.
