The new year and the solstice mark a time of transition. During a shamanic tantra retreat and local ceremonies in Peru, I learned to let go of what no longer serves me and create space for a truly authentic new beginning. This transition into 2025 feels like an opportunity to go deeper, beyond superficial resolutions.<\/p>\n

For me, 2024 was a year of abundance. Professionally, it was an exceptional year: fully booked writing weeks, coaching sessions more popular than ever, and more free time thanks to streamlining my business. This created room for personal growth, including four tantra retreats, an MDMA journey, and a San Pedro ceremony \ud83c\udf35. I also treated myself to more luxury, such as flying business class.<\/p>\n

Abundance vs. scarcity<\/h2>\n<\/div>

An\u00a0abundance<\/em>\u00a0mindset focuses on possibilities, trust, and growth. You see opportunities, invest, and share what you have. You believe there is always enough\u2014whether it\u2019s time, money, or love. A scarcity mindset, on the other hand, fixates on what\u2019s lacking, encourages saving out of fear, and operates from a fear of loss. The difference? An\u00a0abundance<\/em>\u00a0mindset opens doors and energizes you, while scarcity shrinks your world. By consciously choosing abundance, you create more space for happiness, connection, and success. Year review<\/h2>\n<\/div>

There are many ways to reflect on the past year; you can make it as detailed as you like. The simplest version is to write down your wins from the past year, what didn\u2019t go as well, and where you want to focus in the year ahead.<\/p>\n

For me, 2024 was a year of abundance. While I\u2019ve been scaling down my business, I achieved my best year ever, with more income AND more free time. Which pain will you choose?<\/h2>\n<\/div>

Everyone wants a great job and lots of money. But are you willing to work 60 hours a week, face endless traffic jams, and deal with piles of paperwork? A happy relationship sounds wonderful, but it requires tough conversations, vulnerability, and sometimes painful compromises.<\/p>\n

The lesson: deciding what you want is easy, but choosing what you\u2019re willing to fight for – that\u2019s the real challenge! Sharing abundance<\/h2>\n<\/div>

In the village near my trullo in Italy,\u00a0two amazing women dedicate themselves to rescuing stray dogs<\/a>. They work six days a week in a caf\u00e9 and spend all their free time, energy, AND money caring for dogs that no one else wants.<\/p>\n

Many of us would love to do something meaningful but simply don\u2019t have the time. What we CAN do is contribute financially. It\u2019s unfair that they have to cover all the costs from their modest salaries, isn\u2019t it?<\/p>\n
