Due to the current Coronavirus situation, offline workshops or retreats may have to be cancelled or rescheduled last minute. In case government regulations require changes in a retreat or other event, I am committed to providing you:<\/p>\n<\/div>

    with the same content and results and a comparable experience in a different location<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>

    hold the event online<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>

    substitute for private coaching<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>

  • <\/i><\/span>

    or a combination of the above to an equal or higher value of the original price<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>

    Book orders<\/h2>\n

    My books are shipped from The Netherlands. Unfortunately, more and more shipments get lost in the mail. If a shipment gets lost in the mail or for any other reason out of my control does not arrive, then my suggestion is to split the costs for the new shipment (both books and shipping).<\/p>\n

    eCourses<\/h2>\n

    You get lifetime access to eCourses on the Udemy platform and on Teachable as long as they support the courses. This means that the information offered will always remain accessible. If there is a closed Facebook group included in the offer, this group will be supported for as long as we live and Facebook exists… \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

    Cancellation policy for workshops<\/h2>\n

    Online workshops<\/h3>\n

    My online workshops are always recorded and the replay is sent to everybody who registered. So even if you can not make it to the workshop, you will still be able to view it afterwards. If you miss an online workshop you can NOT switch to a different date unless agreed at least one hour before start of the workshop you originally registered for.<\/p>\n

    Offline workshops<\/h3>\n

    Cannot make it to an offline workshop? You can always invite a friend to take your place, provided you inform me of the change. There are no charges for replacement.<\/p>\n

        Private-coaching agreement<\/h2>\n

        Participation in a private coaching plan is an investment in yourself and a commitment that you enter into with me and yourself. It is the commitment to complete the entire coaching cycle and to do that within the agreed time frame. There are a maximum number of times that sessions can be rescheduled. You cannot drop out early and you can not be replaced by someone else. There are no refunds. If you experience problems with continuity, we will try to find a solution so that you can continue to benefit from the coaching, such as rescheduling some sessions or providing written or video feedback on your work.<\/p>\n

        Writers Mastermind<\/h2>\n

        Participation in the Writers Mastermind is an investment in yourself and a commitment that you enter into with me, yourself and your book. If you cannot attend the live online sessions, you will receive the recordings. There are no refunds and you cannot be replaced by someone else. You can cancel your monthly subscription any time after the first month, your yearly subscription any time after the first year.<\/p>\n<\/div>

        Tiny Trullo<\/h2>\n

        Thank you for joining my Tiny Trullo adventure and for supporting the various projects in Puglia. How can we ensure as much certainty as possible within the many uncertain factors?<\/p>\n

        • Olive oil: my oil is of the very best quality. Upon receiving it, you will also get tips on how to best store and use it. If you are not satisfied with the oil, please let me know within a week and we will find a solution. Refunds after this period are not possible.<\/li>\n
        • Adopt a tree: this is a yearly subscription. You can cancel any time. However, to ensure continuity in the maintenance of the trees, adoptions are recommended for a period of three years or longer. If you want to change the name of your tree during this period, you can do so for \u20ac 25.<\/li>\n
        • Holiday week reservation: We are aiming to receive the first holiday makers by autumn 2022. If the construction project is not ready on time, your reservation will be moved to the following year. If the Tiny Trullo is not ready for use on 1 Jan 2023, you can request a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>
